Scope


The sustainability policy has been designed to use resources efficiently. This policy applies to all employees, associates, independent contractors, and third parties performing activities for or on behalf of Intellyk Inc. Likewise, it applies to our operations, products and services offered to our esteemed customers.

Intellyk is committed to creating a sustainable society by actively managing the operations that balance social, diversity, environmental and economic objectives. The combination of interdependent policies and procedures are implemented collectively and effectively to meet the objectives of the sustainability Policy.

Purpose


The purpose of this program is to provide an effective framework to comply with Intellyk's commitment to achieving sustainable society. We empower social groups and reduce inequality, prevent pollution, diminish impact on the environment, and eventually drive sustainable economic development as part of a transition to a low carbon future.


Responsibilities


All employees including associates and independent contractors are responsible for ensuring that this policy is embraced and adhered to, additionally individuals procuring goods and services should follow Intellyk's procurement policy that includes considering beliefs on the social value system and emulating with our sustainable objectives.

As referenced, some activities within the scope of this policy are covered by additional dedicated policies and procedures to ensure that the objectives of this policy are met.


Policy


Intellyk Inc. is a trustworthy company that works in partnership with another fortune 500 companies to promote growth, create jobs and improve the lives of residents and local communities. Our group delivers activities across four service areas: Digital Transformation, Workforce Solutions, IT consulting and Staff Augmentation.


In acknowledging this fact, Intellyk is committed to sustainable society contribution and improve the positive impacts by:-


  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and standards, expectations of our customers and other key stakeholders
  • Ensuring our employees and suppliers are competent & encouraged to support our sustainability commitments.
  • Ensuring we continue to develop services that meet the needs of the customers who are often less able to participate in mainstream services.
  • Ensuring we continually review how we can make improvements to our sustainability performance.



The outcome of this policy is reviewed annually as part of the business planning process. The review is conducted by Intellyk's senior leadership and management team with final approval from the Intellyk board.


Our Commitment to Sustainability:


Intellyk has sustainable business strategies to demonstrate the success of the organization and employees while simultaneously preventing problems on society. As part of our sustainability strategy, we measure the amount of decrease in the use of paper and energy daily. As a result, our reduction initiatives aimed at eliminating the use of excessive paper and electricity.

Environmental Sustainability Policy:

  • Ensuring our systems and procedures prevent pollution, and minimize resource consumption.
  • Travel Policy which encourages journey planning, use of alternative modes of transport, limit CO2 emissions from company cars and operate a Bike-to-Work scheme.
  • ICT Disposal Policy which covers reuse, recycling and the associated data security issues.
  • Environmental Policy which covers energy, waste and paper usage.
  • Monitoring and reporting of CO2 emissions
  • For Intellyk to realize these commitments, sustainability performance is driven by the Chief Executive and Group's Senior Management Team.

  • Invest in people standard, health and wellbeing initiatives for employees. Our Reward and Recognition programmers encourage and enable all employees to contribute meaningfully.
